Before you book your appointment, please read our terms and conditions. below, including our cancellation policy.
A 50% non refundable booking fee of the total price of the treatment is required upon booking your appointment. Your appointment will only be booked once this is paid and accepted.
The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another appointment.
If you give more than 48 hours notice, it can be moved to an alternative date. The booking fee is only valid for one appointment change.
There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late l may be unable to carry out your treatment due to running into other clients treatment time and your booking fee will be non-refundable or transferable. We will also require the remainder of the appointment charge.
